Following the physical release of hand-colored tapes for Cassette Week, and the October 30th YouTube premier at 11, Dub Pop 24: 15 Years of Subversive Dub Versions became available to download here on November 1st. Fifteen tracks with all fifteen acts. It was listed on BrooklynVegan in September and previewed on Dandelion Radio in January. Guido Sinclair was also recently featured in a New York Times article about Pan Afrikan Peoples Arkestra.
Happy Blue features an excerpt from The Squirrel (c. 1986), off Jazz at "The Table": On the Air with Guido Sinclair, with flute outtakes by Tom Paynter (c. 2007), from Future Vision of the Digital Universe. Prequel features an excerpt from Send in the Aquanauts, an unreleased outtake from the self titled 1998 Groove Timber cassette. For the Children has a sample from a song called Monsters, by original High Street Orchestra contributor A. Hapke. Polehouse Rock features an excerpt from an untitled Royal Electric instrumental, from an unreleased Mass Music session (c. 2008). Jeck appears on Happy Blue. K. Bauer of The Invisible appears on Escape from Planet Earth.
